Monitoring and reporting

We have an EDI committee reporting into the Board of Trustees, which oversees, reviews and challenges the College’s work to drive the development of inclusive practices and integration of equality and diversity issues into all aspects of the RCOG’s work.

The Committee monitors progress and risks and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees.

EDI Working Group

Our EDI Working Group is made up of staff across the RCOG including the people team, our executive leadership team and our staff networks. This group leads on delivering actions in our EDI action plan and reports progress into the EDI Committee.

Both the committee and working group lead on recommendations for improvements as part of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and action plan.
