At our home in 10 Union Street, we grow many wild flowers and herbs – and we also have our very own colony of bees.
Since last spring, we've been raising two hives of bees on our rooftop garden to help pollinate our wild flowers and increase local biodiversity, and you can see them here in our livestream.
We plan to harvest our own honey, and use it in our food & beverage offerings and make it available in our onsite Café. And we are currently discussing with Bankside Urban Forest – an initiative put together by Better Bankside to transform the network of streets and spaces across Bankside – to help us further develop our gardens.
