RCOG World Congress 2023 will be a hybrid World Congress, with a sold out 500 in-person event running alongside an interactive virtual platform.

Why was registration capped for the in-person event?

The in-person event will be held at the RCOG headquarters in London with limited capacity. Therefore we had to cap our group registrations at a maximum of 10 people per group/tour operator/company. This was to ensure we could offer spaces for all our colleagues from around the world.

The combination of the in-person and virtual attendance options allowed us to welcome as many delegates as wish to attend, making the Congress as inclusive as possible.

What does my registration fee include?

Why hybrid?

After the positive feedback of our first ever hybrid World Congress in 2022, RCOG World Congress 2023 will return as a hybrid event, hosted at our London headquarters and online on our interactive virtual platform.

Why were registration numbers capped for the in-person event?

The in-person event will be held at the RCOG headquarters in London, and the registration numbers were set in line with the capacity of the venue.

The combination of the in-person and virtual attendance options allowed us to welcome as many delegates as wish to attend, making the Congress as inclusive as possible.

To ensure fairness due to the limited capacity of our building, we are capped the number of each registration category listed above.

Do I need to register if I am an abstract author?

Yes, as submitting an abstract does not automatically register you as a Congress delegate.

Authors must register by the original early bird deadline (Monday 24 April 2023).

If the named abstract presenter has not registered for the Congress by this date, the abstract will be withdrawn.
