RCOG World Congress 2024 will be an in-person event, taking place in Muscat at the premier meetings and conference venue, Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre

Transforming women’s healthcare through global collaboration

We listened to feedback from delegates and are pleased to return to a fully in-person Congress, putting networking of the global O&G community at the heart of the event.

Last year’s event featured 40% of delegates attending for the first time, with half of all delegates coming from outside the UK. Global specialists attended from over 90 different countries, making Congress a truly inclusive global event.

Why attend?

World Congress offers global healthcare professionals working in women’s health unique opportunities:

  • Share the latest innovation and developments in women’s health
  • Network and collaborate with colleagues from across the world
  • Hear from a unique programme of global experts
  • Meet old friends and make new connections
  • Discover new research through submitted abstracts

Why Oman?

The RCOG is a global organisation, with around half our members outside of the UK. The World Congress is an opportunity to bring colleagues from many different countries together to share the latest scientific thinking, and to participate in discussion and debate.

To advocate for, and have the biggest possible impact on, improving the lives of women and girls across the globe it is important the College holds this annual event in different countries to reflect our global membership.

Whether you have previously attended or will join for the first time, Muscat offers the perfect setting to expand your professional network, gain fresh perspectives and boost your knowledge across the O&G specialty.

Amidst the picturesque landscapes and cultural richness of Oman, every moment promises the potential for discovery and growth.
