Abstracts

Abstracts are an integral part of RCOG World Congress and provide a global platform for doctors at all career stages to showcase their unique research

At our last fully in-person London Congress in 2019 we welcomed 4,000+ delegates from 100+ countries, featuring 3,000 abstracts submissions.  

In 2025 we are thrilled to welcome global delegates back to the ExCeL London, giving you the opportunity to present your work with state-of-the-art ePoster facilities, on-demand access to posters and even a presentation theatre.    

Please find below some useful information to support your abstract submission.

Deadline 

The deadline for submissions is midday Monday 20 January 2025 12.00pm UK time.

Costs 

There is no charge for submitting an abstract – however all successful authors will need to register to attend the Congress in order to present. Should your abstract be accepted as a poster for inclusion within the programme, there will be a nominal fee per poster in order to be included within the Congress. Full instructions on poster submission will be given upon acceptance. 

Please remember  

Submitting an abstract does not automatically register you as a Congress delegate. Authors must register by the early bird deadline (Monday 28 April 2025 12.00pm UK time). If the name abstract presenter has not registered for Congress by this date, the abstract will be withdrawn.
