RCOG to mark World Patient Safety Day
This year on the 17th September, WHO’s World Patient Safety Day is centred on safe maternal and newborn care.
To mark the day, RCOG will be organising a week of activity to help to raise awareness of the issues that exist in maternal and newborn safety, and the RCOG initiatives that are actively working to improve patient safety throughout pregnancy and birth.
Throughout the week of 13-17 September, we will be highlighting projects from across the College, and the collaborative partners, that are responsible for developing effective and innovative strategies to improve maternal and newborn care.
